4. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard Items: You have the right to return unused, unwashed, and resalable items with original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exemptions: For health and food safety reasons, cooking utensils, peelers, gadgets, or serving boards that have been used, washed, or removed from their hygienic packaging cannot be returned. Final sale items are also exempt.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@zyvale.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or refund.

5. No Restocking Fees

In the event of an eligible return, Zyvale charges $0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns on eligible items. If an item is defective or sent in error, we cover all return shipping costs.
