1. The Nature of Our Products (Exemptions)

Due to the practical nature of our kitchen and home inventory, the following items are exempt from standard returns:

  • Hygiene & Food Safety: For health and safety reasons, any cooking utensils, peelers, gadgets, or serving boards that have been used, washed, or removed from their hygienic packaging cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale: Any items marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase.

2. Standard Returns

For eligible items (such as unused kitchenware, home accessories, and unopened tools):

  • Notification & Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and initiate your return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in a resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact. (Note: As many of our items feature natural materials like wood and marble, natural variations in grain, color, and texture are part of their charm and are not considered defects.)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@zyvale.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Pack Your Item: Securely wrap and pack the unused item in its original box or safe packaging to ensure it does not break or get damaged during transit.
  • Send it Back: Mail your package to our official returns address during regular business hours.

4. No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent service. Zyvale charges $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If a kitchen tool or home accessory arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right:

  • Reporting: Please report any damage or breakages within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Email photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to support@zyvale.com.
  • Resolution: We will provide a full refund or a replacement for any items confirmed as damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.

6. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your return or verify the damage, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note it may take your bank additional time to post the transaction.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: For eligible returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Our Error: If we have sent the wrong item or the item arrives damaged, Zyvale will cover all associated return shipping costs.
